Terms of Service

Welcome to Doyoom (the "Platform"), an online food ordering and delivery service based in South Sudan. Doyoom connects customers ("Customers") with local restaurants ("Restaurant Partners") to facilitate the ordering and delivery of food and beverages.

• "Doyoom," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Doyoom Platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates. • "Customer" or "you" refers to any person or entity that uses the Platform to place orders. • "Restaurant Partner" refers to any restaurant, eatery, or food establishment that has registered with Doyoom. • "Delivery Partner" refers to independent contractors who deliver orders. • "Content" includes any text, images, menus, reviews, logos, and data uploaded to the Platform.

• To use certain features, you must register for an account. • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity in South Sudan. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate fraudulent accounts.

• Menu prices are set by Restaurant Partners. • Prices are in South Sudanese Pound (SSP) unless stated otherwise. • Payment methods include mobile money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. • Order acceptance occurs when Restaurant Partner confirms. • Cancellations allowed before preparation begins. • Refunds assessed case-by-case; claims within 2 hours of delivery.

• Delivery times are estimates only. • Customers must provide accurate delivery address. • Failure to accept delivery may result in order cancellation. • Delivery Partners will attempt contact if you are unavailable.

You agree NOT to: • Use the Service for illegal purposes. • Harass or harm our employees, partners, or users. • Impersonate any person or entity. • Interfere with Service security or functionality. • Attempt to extract data or reverse engineer the Platform.

• To the fullest extent permitted by South Sudanese law, Doyoom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Total liability limited to the order value or 10,000 SSP, whichever is less.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. • Disputes resolved first amicably, then in courts of Juba, South Sudan. • We may modify Terms with notification; continued use constitutes acceptance.
